When will I receive my tickets?

For all events, tickets and event documentation are posted via Royal Mail Special Delivery approximately 2 – 3 weeks prior. Occasionally, tickets are in E-Format and these will be emailed to you approximately 10 days prior.

Are there any additional charges for online payments?

No. Unlike most other hospitality agencies there is no charge for credit card , debit card or Amex payments. The prices quoted on our website are the final costs you will pay.

Will I receive written confirmation of my booking?

Yes. After booking online you will receive email confirmation from Worldpay, our secure payment partner and a Sport & Concert Hospitality email confirmation of your booking. Written confirmation and a VAT Receipt will also be posted to you.

Can I purchase ticket only for an event?

For all events we are only licensed to sell hospitality packages including tickets. We cannot offer a ticket only service.

Can I alter my booking at a later date?

Subject to our Terms and Conditions, your booking can be altered. We will always do our best to make the changes you request but they can often be subject to availability.

Once booked can I cancel my booking?

Bookings online are subject to our Terms & Conditions. Should you wish to cancel this will incur loss of monies paid.
